Skills taught within the programs align with company’s strategic objectives and the responsibilities of each job.
The development of personnel is a fundamental part of our business strategy. For this reason the company runs programs and training courses that seek to improve knowledge, attitudes and skills in line with the responsibilities of each job. The programs also provide genuine support for personal performance and preparation for future responsibilities and challenges. In 2011, a total of 57,058 hours of training were given to some 1,726 people.
