Enjoy and learn more about Concha y Toro’s Premium and ultra-premium wines, combining them with cheeses and tapas, or with exquisite international dishes at the winery’s Wine Bar.

On Peak Season (JuneJulyAugustSeptember and March) only reservations for groups of 15 and more will be accepted.


  1. Empanada: Classic Chilean beef empanada with onion, black olive, and hardboiled egg.
  2. Mini empanaditas: Miniature oven-baked empanadas filled with cheese, olives, beef, spinach, and white sauce.
  3. Pastel de Choclo: Typical Chilean dish based on corn with beef, onion, and chicken.
  4. Ceviche Mixto: Salmon, shrimp, and reineta whitefish.
  5. Trilogía marina para compartir: Salmon, shrimp, and reineta whitefish.
  6. Degustación de Quesos: Assorted cheeses (goat, sheep, mantecoso, and Camembert) with dried fruits and toasts.
  7. Degustación de Jamones: Slices of cured ham, Italian salami, and Sarta chorizo sausage with dried fruits and toasts.
  8. Tabla Premium: Assorted cheeses, hams, dried fruits, and house pâté with toasts.

Salads and Soups

  1. Vegetariana: Mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, blue cheese, hearts of palm, and crushed almonds with olive oilbalsamic- honey dressing and toasts with melted goat cheese.
  2. Salmón ahumado: Mixed greens with smoked salmon slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mushrooms, Camembert cheese, hearts of palm, and crushed toasted almonds with lemon, caper, mayonnaise, and parsley dressing.
  3. Jamón serrano: Mixed greens, slices of Serrano ham, cherry tomatoes, figs, Parmesan cheese, dried fruits, and goat cheese toasts.
  4. Sopas: Variety of flavors with seasonal vegetables.

  1. Salmón Austral: Salmon from southern Chile prepared with butter, lemon, and parsley and served with herbed rice.
  2. Ragout de Cordero:Cubes of lamb stewed in red wine with mushrooms, served with a quinoa timbale.
  3. Filete: Oven-roasted beef fillet with fines herbes and red wine sauce served with potato mille-feuille.
  4. Lasaña vegetariana: Fresh spinach-mushroom pasta with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Fetuccini camarón: Artisanal pasta with sautéed shrimp sauce, Parmesan cheese, and shellfish sauce.
  6. Garrón de Cordero: Leg of lamb braised in dark beer and served with steamed potatoes and vegetable panache.
